Return & Exchange Policy
- Return Window: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Pack the Item Securely: Ensure the product is in its original condition.
- Include Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be enclosed.

Partial Refunds & Special Conditions
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
- Late or missing refunds? Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the refund still hasn’t posted, email us at sales@perugiftshop.com.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
- To request an exchange, email us at info@perugiftshop.com and ship the item to the address above.
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return approval.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
- For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
