United States – orders $75 and over FREE Standard Shipping
Canada $17.00 flat rate
Europe & United Kingdom $25.00 Standard International / $75.00 Express International
Rest of the world $65.00 Standard International

Shipping is charged once per order, not per item. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • International: Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

International Orders

  • Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import taxes or duties set by your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Carriers: We use DHL, FedEx, and USPS International.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier with your tracking number, and let us know so we can help.
  • If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and item to info@perugiftshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
