IMPROMSAC—Industrias Promocionales S.A.C.—is a Peruvian family business founded in 1974 by master craftsman Juan Estela and his family.
For more than five decades, the company has created jewelry and commemorative pieces that represent identity, heritage, achievement, and belonging. Its work includes lapel pins, cufflinks, pendants, charms, bracelets, institutional jewelry, and custom designs for organizations and special occasions.
A Family Tradition of Craftsmanship
IMPROMSAC began with Juan Estela’s knowledge of metalworking and his commitment to careful, meaningful craftsmanship. That knowledge became part of a family tradition built around precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
Each design begins with an idea or symbol. The piece is then shaped through processes that may include soldering, polishing, plating, hand painting, and detailed finishing. These techniques give every design its distinctive character.
